Become a PictureView affiliate and we will pay you $10.00 for each customer who signs up and pays for a PictureView account by following a link from your site. We'll also pay you $1.00 for each additional month that the customer remains a member.
In addition, if you bring us new affiliates, we'll pay you 25% of whatever they earn, including any money they earn from affiliates they have referred. (You will need to provide the affiliates you refer with the affiliate code that we assign to you.)
Please complete and submit the form below to begin the process of becoming a PictureView affiliate. You will need to read and agree to the Terms of Service in order to complete the form. After receiving your completed application, we will inform you of your acceptance or rejection. If accepted, we will contact you with set-up instructions and provide you with access to a database where you can track progress.

The following Terms of Service Agreement governs participation in the PictureView Affiliate Program. Herein, "we" and "us" and "PictureView" and "ICNC" mean Interactive Classifieds Network Corporation, operators of the PictureView service, and "you" means the applicant, whether an individual or entity. In order to become a PictureView affiliate you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age required in your place of residence and/or business to enter into this agreement, whichever is higher. You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. For the entirety of the agreement you must provide us with a valid name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number with which to contact you. You must select and use a graphic that we provide. You may not modify the selected graphic in any way. You must link the graphic as instructed by one of our representatives. We must approve any text accompanying the graphic or concerning the PictureView service prior to its inclusion on your site. In order for you to get paid for referring a customer, the customer must follow the link from your site to PictureView, and then directly sign up and pay for a PictureView account. Payments will be made on a quarterly basis, by company check, payable in United States dollars to the individual or entity you specify on the application, and mailed to the address you specify on the application. Your site must not violate any applicable statute, law, ordinance, or regulation. Your site must be fully operational and include original content. You must provide us with the exact URL of any page on your site that includes a link to the PictureView service. On behalf of the PictureView service, you shall not engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising, or unsolicited commercial mailing; you shall not refer a customer to the PictureView service using a keyword or third-party site. Your site shall neither contain nor employ viruses, adware, spyware, worms, trojans, or any other type of deleterious program. We may modify this agreement at any time, at our sole discretion, by notifying you or posting the new version of the agreement on our site. Continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the Terms of Service Agreement, including any modifications. Either party may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, and shall immediately notify the other party of the decision to end the agreement. Once the agreement is ended, you shall immediately remove from your site all material, links, graphics, and text used to participate in the PictureView Affiliate Program. You are solely responsible for the operation of your site and all materials that appear on your site. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and costs of any kind whatsoever with regard to the operation and content of your site and your participation in the PictureView Affiliate Program.
