PictureView Free Sweepstakes Official RulesBy entering the PictureView Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. DescriptionEach week, during the promotion period, your can enter the sweepstakes by completing the online voting form, selecting your 3 favorites among a group of pictures (postcard entries are also accepted—see below for more information). At the end of each week, a winner will be selected at random to receive $500.00. EligibilityThe PictureView Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by applicable law. The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility as a condition to the delivery of any prize. Employees of the Sponsor, Interactive Classifieds Network Corporation (ICNC), and their immediate families and household members are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. PictureView members are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Promotion PeriodFour weekly drawings will be held. One winner will be named each week. The Sweepstakes begins midnight (PST) May 7, 2008. How to EnterNo purchase is necessary to participate in or win the PictureView Sweepstakes. To enter, complete the voting form. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted. Entrants have the option to use the voting form to send e-mails to adult friends and will receive an additional entry for each friend that submits a valid voting form. The e-mail addresses of friends that are provided will not be used for any other purpose. Entrants must provide a valid name and e-mail address to qualify. Winners must provide a valid mailing address. The personal information provided by entrants will only be used for the PictureView Sweepstakes program; no personal information will be provided to other parties for marketing purposes (we hate spam just as much as you do). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy. You may also enter the Sweepstakes by sending a postcard to PictureView Sweepstakes, 2107 Van Ness Avenue, Suite 104, San Francisco, CA 94109. You must include your name, address, e-mail address, 3 favorite pictures, and Drawing Number with your postcard. Postcard entries must be received before the expiration of the relevant Drawing Number. If a picture that you voted for is removed from the sweepstakes for any reason, your entry in the sweepstakes will not be affected and you will remain eligible to win the weekly drawing. Selection and NotificationWinner selection will be conducted each week, on Wednesday, via a random drawing from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any potential winner will be notified by e-mail. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met the eligibility requirements of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individual will be declared the “winner” of the Sweepstakes. Prize DescriptionOne winner will be selected each week during the promotional period. The prize is $500.00 and will be mailed as a check. TaxesAll applicable taxes, including all federal, state, local, and other taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winners. DisclaimersEntries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Service Provider or other organization (e.g., university) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way, at any time. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by California law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that California courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue shall be only in San Francisco, California.
