I'd like to upload some pictures. Can I do it through PictureView?
The PictureView news system is composed of many servers; some
allow posting, and some do not. If you would like to know more
about your options for posting, please email us at admin@icnetco.com
Are your servers too busy? How much bandwidth do you have?
Our goal is to have our service operating almost twenty-four
hours per day, seven days per week. However, out of neccesity,
need to take our computers offline from time to time for maintanance,
updates and upgrades. Downtime ranges from a few seconds to twenty
minutes for larger service tasks.
There are currently no bottlenecks at our site. Our connection
to the internet are through two separate T-3 lines, each of which
is on a different national network. As we have done in the past,
we will close off accepting applications for new membership when
neccessary in order to ensure adequate speed for paying members.
We will continue to add services,hardware, and update software
in order to enhance member services. There are, from time to
time, issues which lay far beyond our control. In order to assist
our customers, we will happily answer questions, double and triple
check our systems, run route traces from our site to yours and
anything else that we can think of that may help. Although we
do everything within our power to help our members, sometimes
there are issues that reside beyond our site that we cannot solve.
