INABILITY TO REACH PICTUREVIEW Possible Causes Each day we bring the site off-line for 15-30 minutes as the new pictures are loaded in. It normally occurs between 9AM and Noon (Pacific Time). Once it's completed, if you flush your cache and then reload www.pictureview.com, it should be fine. The connection between you and us is completely broken. This is less common than stalling, as backbone providers normally route around routers that are having problems or are off-line. If the connection is completely severed, the problem is normally closer to your isp or our network. (e.g. if the backbone that handles all psi.net San Francisco customers goes offline). You may be following a bad or expired link. Remember not to bookmark anything past the group index or personal index, as individual groups change daily. If in doubt, flush your browser cache and delete bookmarks before logging on. If neccessary, hold the shift (PC) or option (mac) key and select "super-reload" from the view menu.
