Make sure you're using you're using the proper userid and password. If you need to verify it, please send a request to our customer service department. Include the e-mail address you used when you signed up, the userid and the last four digits of your credit card for security.

If your credit card expired and you haven't mailed in the new expiration date, please include it, as it will probably speed up reactivation of your account.

If you need to change credit information, you may phone, fax, e-mail or snail mail us. If you like, you can sign up again on the web server and then let us know.
