Proper Settings 

If you have problems getting prompted to enter your username, change the security setting as shown.
 

If you have problems where your page is not updated, or you cannot seem to clear out a problematic page, click on the button to DELETE FILES in the Temporary Interenet Files section under the General Tab in the Internet Options. You may also wish to clear history as well.
