SLOW OR STALLED DOWNLOADS There are some other reasons that your downloads may be slow or stalled: - Are you using any 3rd party software packages, such as download resuming programs? Try turning them off. - Are you using any virus protection software or system checking software packages? Many of them will either run processor intensive background processes or may scan each file as they arrive for viruses resulting in the perception that the downloads are slow. -When in doubt, turn things off and try again.
