PictureView Group Index Tabs

The updated Index to PictureView Groups provides you with new options for displaying the groups available through the PictureView service.

Alphabetical
The Alphabetical tab provides you with an A to Z listing of the groups available. The options available under the Alphabetical tab (i.e., All Groups, +100 Postings, +1000 Postings, +10000 Postings) allow you to alphabetically list those groups that have at least 100, 1000, or 10000 postings. By default, the alphabetical list of all available groups is displayed.

Most Postings
The Most Postings tab allows you to list groups according to the total number of files in each group. The options under the Most Postings tab (i.e., All Groups, +100 Postings, +1000 Postings, +10000 Postings) allow you to limit the list to those groups with at least 100, 1000, or 10000 postings.

Most Pictures Viewed
The Most Pictures Viewed tab lists those groups whose pictures have been accessed the most in the last 5 days. The options available under the Most Pictures Viewed tab allow you to view the groups whose pictures were accessed the most on a particular day (within the last 5 days).

Most Pages Viewed
The Most Pages Viewed tab lists those groups whose pages (of thumbnails) have been accessed the most in the last 5 days. The options available under the Most Pages Viewed tab allow you to view the groups whose pages were accessed the most on a particular day (within the last 5 days).

Most Interesting
The Most Interesting tab lists the groups according to the highest number of viewings per picture. For example, if newsgroup A has 100 pictures and the pictures in newsgroup A were accessed 200 times, it would rank higher than newsgroup B which has 200 pictures that were accessed 100 times.

NOTE: Although we do track anonymous usage statistics to determine which pages are visited most often, we do not track individual usage of the PictureView service (see our Privacy Policy for more information).
