Herein, “we” and “us” and “PictureView” and “ICNC” mean Interactive Classifieds Network Corporation, operators of the PictureView service, and “you” means the member, whether an individual or entity.
If you are a PictureView member who has been provided with NNTP (Network News Transfer Protocol) access, whether in addition to or instead of HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol) access, you are bound by and agree to adhere to this Terms of Service Addendum. If you do not agree to the terms outlined in this addendum you must cease using your NNTP access and contact us immediately.
You are solely responsible for any and all content that you distribute using your PictureView membership.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and costs of any kind whatsoever with regard to your use of the NNTP access we provide.
You agree not to share your account, including username and password information, with any other party.
We reserve the right to remove any content that you distribute using your PictureView membership.
We reserve the right to deactivate your NNTP access as the result of non-payment or violation of any of the terms set forth in this addendum.
Content you distribute using your PictureView membership shall not violate any applicable statute, law, ordinance, or regulation.
Content you distribute using your PictureView membership shall neither contain nor employ viruses, adware, spyware, worms, Trojans, or any other type of deleterious program.
You agree not to distribute similar or identical content to large numbers of newsgroups (i.e., no cross-posting and no spamming).
You agree not to distribute content whose subject matter is unrelated to the newsgroup to which it is posted.
You agree not to post binary files to non-binary groups.
We may modify this addendum at any time, at our sole discretion, by notifying you or posting the new version of the addendum on our site. Continued use of your NNTP access will constitute acceptance of the Terms of Service Addendum, including any modifications.
